How long does the Excape escape room experience take?

Depending on the room the experience should take between 45 and 60 minutes plus a 10 minute introduction.

Where is the nearest car parking?

Wells St offers some parking however Bayside Shopping Centre has 3500 car spaces and Frankston train station offers over 600 spots. All car parks are less than 200m away.

Is public transport available?

Bus stops are just around the corner from 3a Wells street, and the Frankston train station is around 170m away.

What happens if I run out of time?

You tried your best. Unfortunately, it’s a race against the clock. If you run out of time then your experience is complete. But never fear, you can book a time to come back and try again. Or try one of our other experiences.

Will I get out in an emergency, is the door really locked?

The doors are not locked and you are able to be guided by your host in an emergency to evacuate the building.

What is the group size limit?

2 to 6 people. Our recommended size for our escape rooms is 4 people. If you have a group of more than 6 people we recommend booking two sessions, one after the other, or book different escape room experiences and race against each other team.

What do we need to bring?

There are no special requirements for our experiences other than bringing your mind. All equipment to solve the problems will be provided to you by Excape.

What is the age limit?

While Zombie, Kidnapped, Gold Rush and Project 11 themed rooms are perfect for players from 14+, Illuminati  themed room is for players 16+.

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the rooms are on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.
